WASHINGTON, (christiansunite.com) -- Concerned Women for America (CWA) is thrilled to announce the selection of Cindy Sieger as Area Director for California - Southern Counties. Cindy has a BA in Elementary Education from New York State. She has worked in numerous areas over the years and is now blessed to be the stay-at-home mother of two wonderful children. For the past few years, Cindy has been serving as a Prayer/Action Chapter Leader and Associate Area Director for CWA.Cindy became a CWA Area Director because she believes that through prayer and education, God can use CWA to shine truth on deception and turn apathy into action. She feels this is necessary to preserve freedom in this great country for our children and future generations. Ignorance is not bliss for Cindy, and her main goal of education will bring awareness of the critical cultural issues we face and incite activism for producing change. She hopes to be able to offer informational/ educational forums on CWA's core issues to churches and communities in Southern California.
As a new California Area Director, Cindy will work with more than 4,500 members in the area to build additional Prayer/Action Chapters and coordinate CWA's grassroots activities in legislation and media. CWA's goals are to preserve the eternal values that support the Biblical design of the family, protect life at all stages, fight pornography and obscenity, tackle the declining quality of education, support the rights of individuals to pray and worship without persecution and increase understanding of the United Nations and its agenda.
Beverly LaHaye founded CWA in 1979. Since that time, CWA has become the nation's largest public policy women's organization with more than 500,000 members. Its mission is to protect and promote Biblical values among all citizens - first through prayer, then education, and finally by influencing our society - thereby reversing the decline in moral values in our nation.
