NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (ANS) -- With twenty-six historic recordings under her belt, continuous concert appearances and lineage to one of music's most famous families, Country/Gospel recording artist Joanne Cash is currently promoting her latest CD, 'Gospel', which includes three previously unreleased duets with her brother Johnny Cash. Now Joanne Cash, sister of the legendary Johnny Cash, will appear on the July 14th episode of The Style Network's hit show Split Ends, the network's highest rated new series in 2006.
A camera crew was in Nashville in early April, shooting scenes for the upcoming second season. Joanne Cash met with stylist "Weaven Steven" (America's Next Top Model, The Tyra Banks Show) at Nashville's Trim Classic Barber & Legendary Beauty for some creative America-inspired hair extensions.
Each week on Split Ends, cameras are on hand to capture what happens when hairstylists from around the country swap salons and lifestyles. Can a Beverly Hills diva stylist actually pull off a request for a blue rinse, wash and set in Small Town, USA?
What's a hair-hopper from Middle America to do when faced with a demanding big-city client's requests? Hair-raising antics transpire on Split Ends when stylists switch roles and settings, to the complete surprise of their unsuspecting clients and co-workers.
