Former Miss Atlantic City Comments on Closing of Filthy New Jersey Abortion Mill

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey, (christiansunite.com) -- National Black Pro-Life Union is joining all pro-life groups in celebration at the announced closure of Alternatives, an abortion clinic in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The facility was closed by the Health Department in June after an inspection revealed filthy conditions that included blood-stained carpets and rusty surgical instruments."Black people must wake up to the fact that abortion facilities are purposefully placed in minority and inner city areas. Abortion has become the number one killer of African Americans, killing more black people than heart disease, stroke, crime, accidents, HIV-AIDS-- and all other deaths COMBINED! Therefore, I am especially happy at the closing of the Atlantic City abortion mill. We must understand that the abortion business makes millions and millions of dollars every year drenched in the blood of black children."
According to a Press of Atlantic City article, City Councilman John Schultz told the newspaper that the abortion business had surrendered its license, moved out of the building, and was a month behind on rent. The owner, abortionist Alan Kline, closed rather than clean up his abortion mill that was cited on a number of health violations in a 116-page report.
"I am calling on all African Americans throughout this great country of ours to stand united with me as I shout...'OUR BLOOD--NO MORE...SHUT YOUR DOOR!'"
Background
Day (Deborah) Lipford-Gardner was Miss Atlantic City in 1974 and went on to become the first black Miss Delaware, 1976 and the first black woman to place in the semi-finalists at Miss America. Presently, she is president of the National Black Pro-Life Union and anchor for Daily Life News, NPLR.net and WCAR radio, Detroit.
