WASHINGTON, (christiansunite.com) -- Don Swarthout, President of Christians Reviving America's Values announced today they are launching a new ministry called Patriotic Pastors a Special Project of CRAVE. Their goal is to work together in unity and fight those battles which we must focus upon in today's culture.

Don Swarthout, President of CRAVE has been writing letters to more than a million Christians every year. Swarthout has been heard in radio interviews in all 50 states, and has been on numerous television programs ranging from Fox News to many, many Christian programs. Swarthout has also distributed 45 press releases in the last three years, while working closely with our elected officials in Washington DC.

Swarthout said, "This is an opportunity for Patriotic Pastors to come together and fight today's cultural wars in America. There are many different fights which must be fought today making it impossible for a Pastor to tackle all of them. However, by joining each other to fight these battles, we can win these fights by working together."

"We must get away from denominational arguments of the past and begin focusing upon our like beliefs in Jesus Christ. There are some 250 denominations in America and it is time that we stop talking about how we are different from each other. We need to come together and focus on how we are more alike than how we are different," Swarthout said.

One of the slogans for the new group is, "We have a Right to Expect a Government Based upon the Principles of God, Not Upon the Lies of the devil," Don Swarthout continued, "This slogan is simple, yet it is powerful because it covers all of the bases,"

Pastor Tony Bartlette, a new member of Patriotic Pastors said, "This is a wonderful idea and CRAVE has been doing a great deal, but they will be able to do so much more with all of the Pastors working together." Pastor Ron Bodager, another new member said, "This group has generated tremendous interest from Pastors all over America because we are tired of what is going on in our nation." Yet another new member, Pastor Rob Rice said, "It is about time that we speak up for what is just right in America."

In addition to the strength that comes from belonging to a group which will help Pastors fight the many battles they face today, new members will receive a membership card and ideas for one patriotic sermon a month by email.

The balance of this year's membership is free if you join by May 15, 2008. If you are interested in becoming a member contact Pastor Don Swarthout at 859/219-1222 or write Pastor Swarthout, 3817 Landridge Drive, Lexington, KY 40514.
