LOS ANGELES, (christiansunite.com) -- JCTV, in partnership with PraiseFest Ministries, is set to produce - for the third season - the uniquely real reality show Cruise with a Cause. Cameras roll 24-7 as the JCTV film crew documents a ship full of Christians and the shows' hosts as they minister and vacation together around the island nation of the Bahamas.

Cruise with a Cause is totally unscripted, enabling viewers to share in the candid fun as the shows' hosts use treasured Christian principles to deal with The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The Christian passengers provide a unique backdrop for audiences as they experience what happens on dry land when the shows' hosts set out to serve Christ by ministering to people from a different culture. Viewers will also enjoy a myriad of Christian musical guests and speakers who are onboard to provide entertainment to passengers.

"Cruise with a Cause is an exhilaratingly real reality show," says TBN's chief of staff, Paul Crouch, Jr. "Our TV personalities experience both joy and conflict as they apply their faith, and face the challenge of living within a tightly knit community. The show highlights how the experience of cross-cultural ministering can renew a sense of purpose about choosing to walk the Christian path through this life."

A cruise ship, it turns out, is as perfect a place for outreach ministering as any port of call. The JCTV- PraiseFest Cruise with a Cause partnership has been a great success: 5500 first-time decisions for Christ were made during the first and second seasons of the Bahaman Cruise with a Cause tour-cum-reality-show. Strong partnerships with long-term mission agencies and Bahaman churches have resulted in a sixty percent plus retention rate.

Season three of Cruise with a Cause sets sail out of Miami, Florida on October 6th (through October 10th, 2008). Cruise with a Cause season three will be ready to air at the end of 2008. Viewers, however, can watch the first two seasons now on JCTV. Visit jctv.org for listings and channel availability in your area.

The cruise has been dubbed The World's Largest Mission Trip as more than 2000 people have the opportunity to travel together to another country to spread the Gospel in schools, streets, prisons, and through outreach crusades. The 2008 effort will be held October 6th through 10th, with a lineup that includes Josh McDowell, Dr. Tony Evans, Paula White, Andrae and Sandra Crouch, The Crabb Family, Martha Munizzi, Donnie McClurkin, Michael English, Larnelle Harris, Mary Mary, Anthony Evans, Sonicflood, Building 429, Decemberadio, and many more. About JCTV
JCTV is a Christian youth network designed for youth 13 to 30. JCTV's mission is to positively influence the lives of viewers by giving them programming that is not only entertaining, but which also ministers to them both individually and corporately. JCTV does this through multiple types of programming - from music videos with positive messages, to issue-driven talk shows, action sports programming highlighting athletes who are making a difference in others lives, as well as live events, concerts, and more. Launched in 2002, JCTV features a blend of Christian music videos, teen talk and reality shows, extreme sports, comedy, concerts, thought-provoking movies, specials, and a myriad of other programming. JCTV is the only 24-hour, faith-based network in the United States especially for young adults. It appeals to a large, niche audience who - in addition to being internet and video savvy - are spiritually minded; they're the millions of youth for whom Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) has designed an entire network. JCTV is currently available in over 500 cities in North America, and can also be viewed through live video streaming on the web at www.jctv.org. For information on how to get JCTV, contact local cable or satellite providers.
