DENVER, (christiansunite.com) -- Today, the Yes on 48 Campaign released their first statewide television and radio ads, titled "Greed." The ads focus on the reasons for the lies and deceit coming from opponents of Amendment 48 and the radical special interest funding these groups are trying to maintain. The ads have begun running in TV and radio markets across the state today.
"Sadly, the groups opposed to Amendment 48 are lying and deceiving voters in a greedy attempt to hold on to their million dollar businesses. We've seen their hysterical scare tactics many times before but this time voters are wise," commented Kristi Burton, initiative sponsor of Amendment 48.
The ads address the millions of dollars that Boulder abortionist Warren Hern, a top anti-48 supporter, has made over the years and why he refuses to acknowledge the truth about when life begins.
As voters learn the truth about when life begins, they overwhelmingly support Amendment 48.
The ad campaign also points out the millions of tax dollars that Planned Parenthood, another top anti-48 supporter, receives from unknowing taxpayers every year.
Instead of acknowledging modern medical science, the special interest groups behind the opposition continue to put out deceptive lies to keep voters in the dark and to keep their million dollar businesses in the black.
"The people deserve to know the truth about advances in medical science now proving that every one of us became a person at the very moment of conception. However, voters do not deserve to be lied to and deceived by our opponents who act like they will do and say anything to keep their millions rolling in," concluded Burton.
