Americans Unite to Boycott American Girl Products and Mattel Toy Corporation

by Staff
July 23, 2009

MONROE COUNTY, Tenn., (christiansunite.com) -- Nationwide, hundreds of organizations and millions of Americans are protesting American Girl and Mattel Corporation for their anti American and anti Christian agenda by not buying or endorsing their products.

Recently American Girl an LLC for Profit Corporation attacked a Christian foundation for girls by filing false and misleading information to an Arbitration Form in order to unlawfully obtain the Christian organizations lawfully registered URL address www.americangirlmodel.org

Mattel Inc, a Chinese manufacturer acquired the American Girl doll company in 1998. Since that time, American Girl has been criticized by its supporters for diminished product quality and lack of educational focus and numerous historical errors in its books. American Girl has pledged financial support for abortion rights and acceptance of homosexual orientation while naming a doll after a domestic eco terrorist currently wanted by the FBI linked to two of the biggest eco-terrorist attacks in the United States.

Mattel has never admitted wrong doing even though on August 2, 2007 Mattel recalled almost one million Chinese-made toys, including Dora the explorer and Sesame Street toys in a toxic toy scandal. On August 14, 2007 12 days later Mattel recalled a total of 18.2 million toxic toy products and on June 5, 2009 the Consumer Product Safety Commission fined Mattel and its' Fischer-Price division $2.3 million dollars for violation of Code 16 of Federal Regulations CFR 1303, under the Federal lead paint ban. Shareholders filed lawsuits against Mattel over toy recalls.

Moms Ask Mattel for Accountability is a public education effort by concerned families to protect children from being invited to join Islam. Mattel, the largest toy maker in the world is selling a toy that says "Islam is the Light" in the Little Mommy Real Loving Baby Cuddle & Coo Doll, in spite of protests by American parents, media, and store owners.

A list of products that American Girl and Mattel have produced can be found on Wikipedia under American Girl and Mattel. You can show your support by not purchasing any of these items and voicing your opinion with both American Girl President Ellen L. Brothers, 8400 Fairway Pl., Middleton, WI 53562 1 (800) 360-1861, (608) 836-4848, (608) 836-1999 fax) and Mattel CEO Robert A. Eckert at 333 Continental Boulevard El Segundo, CA 90245 (310)-252-2000, 252-4705 email at: corporatecommunications@mattel.com
