SAN FRANCISCO, (christiansunite.com) -- GOD TV launched on Comcast Cable in San Francisco recently reaching one million homes. Now this weekend the Network will celebrate this far-reaching distribution development with a mass crusade that will be aired from the city of San Francisco to the whole Bay area as well as to almost half a billion homes worldwide.Argentinian Evangelist Carlos Annacondia will be featured LIVE on GOD TV, direct from San Francisco's Civic Center Plaza at 9.30 pm (Eastern) on Friday August 14th and on Saturday August 15th, 2009. The broadcasts can also be seen on Sunday August 16th at 10.30am and 6.30pm.
Carlos Annacondia has led thousands of people to Christ throughout his 30 years of international crusades and is well known throughout Latin America for his messages of spiritual freedom, healing and deliverance.
The Plaza is home to the San Francisco's largest government and cultural institutions, including the City Hall, contributing to the high profile status of this event.
GOD TV's launch into San Francisco brings the Network's combined American distribution to 20.7 million homes where families can access a unique line-up of life-changing spiritual programming.
"GOD TV's latest distribution breakthrough, in San Francisco, really touches my heart as the GOD TV family have been praying for this area," said GOD TV co-founder and director of programming, Wendy Alec.
"This follows a prophetic word I received last year where God showed me that the scales of sin were full, but that He would stay the judgment, if believers prayed. This led to our viewers interceding over the airwaves across the nations, and I believe these prayers were a huge part of the breakthrough for GOD TV to broadcast into this key city.
"Now, we are pleased to televise Carlos Annacondia on GOD TV for the very first time, and I'm sure many lives will be impacted by his ministry both in the Bay area and across the world."
GOD TV can be watched on channel 365 of DIRECTV as well as channel 103 of Comcast Cable Communications San Francisco. Online viewers can watch LIVE at www.god.tv or via video on demand at www.god.tv/god.
