HOUSTON, Del., (christiansunite.com) -- On July 29th through August 1st, 2010, an outdoor Christian festival called "Jubileefest" will attract one million believers to a farm in central Delaware. It will be widely regarded as one of the greatest and most pivotal moments in American Christianity.

Over 60 bands and speakers will be performing on 5 separate stages over 4 days, with the main event taking place on "Super Saturday", July 31st, when one million lights will be lit to call for the healing of America.

The main emphasis of Jubileefest is to bring glory, honor and praise to the name of Jesus Christ. "We will be praying for a restoration of faith in our nation."

Another purpose of Jubileefest is to raise funds for a variety of Christian ministries, such as Jews For Jesus, Crossway International, Global Breakthrough Ministry, Jill's House, Teen Challenge and more, in a revenue sharing of Jubileefest proceeds.

"God has blessed us by providing some of the best known Christian speakers and artists in the country, including Mercy Me, Mary-Mary, Sonic Flood, Rebecca St. James, Natalie Grant, Chris Sligh, Addison Road, Superchick, Seventh Day Slumber, Red, Michelle Bonilla, Alvin Slaughter, Take 6, The Booth Brothers, Sunnyside Bluegrass, Kirk Cameron, Dr. Lee Strobel, Steven Baldwin, Art Monk, Dr. Ron Kenoly, Tim Hawkins and many, many more."

The Providence Forum will also bring an exact replica of the Liberty Bell, which will be rung by Alveda King, niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., on the evening of Super Saturday. The Bell will be on display where everyone will be allowed to ring it. The Providence Forum will be educating people about the emphasis of God in our founding documents, as well as our founding fathers' devotion to God as they sought His guidance in forming our republic.

There will also be several Right to Life organizations present including Pro-Life Unity, Life Education and Resources Network, King for America, Priests for Life and Nation al Black Pro-Life Union.

Jubileefest will take place in Houston, Delaware, a short distance from Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and New York City.

Jubileefest will be a weekend of food, fun, fellowship, ministry, praise, worship and music for people of all ages. We are calling for one million Christians to praise God and call for the healing of our land. Event tickets are now on sale at the website, jubileefest.net.
