When only 70% of those who are eligible to vote are registered to vote, and only 50% of those who are registered to vote - actually VOTE - it takes only 50% of those who vote to decide who wins. That is only 18% of all eligible voters. Bible believing Christians in America who are eligible to Vote, make up 24% of all eligible voters.
