WICHITA, Kan., (christiansunite.com) -- Operation Rescue announces that it is raising the reward offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of abortionists who are breaking the law from $10,000 to $25,000 effective immediately.

In January, 2010, Operation Rescue launched the Abortion Whistleblowers Program to encourage those with knowledge of abortion-related crimes to come forward. The program includes a multi-faceted ad campaign using radio, newspaper, Internet, direct mail, and social networking sites.

"We are grateful that an anonymous supporter has come forward to underwrite the $25,000 reward amount and believe that this will be a key in helping abortion whistleblowers come forward with their first-hand knowledge and documentation of criminal activity," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.

"Those with knowledge of abortion abuses sometimes fear coming forward because of the possibility of lost income and disruption to their lives. The $25,000 reward could help clinic workers start a new life - one that isn't stained by innocent blood or criminal activity or the stress that accompanies working in the abortion industry. That is a strong incentive for coming forward."

Since January, Operation Rescue has received dozens of tips regarding abortion clinic abuses. Each tip is carefully screened by experienced staff members then forwarded to the appropriate authorities, if the information is found to be credible.

"We have several cases in the pipeline right now, but we know that these are only the tip of the iceberg," said Newman. "What is needed now is operating capital to effectively promote this program all across America. If we had a larger budget, there is no telling how successful it could be."

Operation Rescue is hoping to raise additional capital in the next few weeks in order to launch a planned national ad campaign.

Abortion abuses that are of particular interest are:

·Overbilling
·Embezzlement
·Financial Fraud
·Medical Fraud
·Misappropriation of tax dollars
·Drug violations
·Sex abuse/rape
·Non-reporting of child sex crimes
·Medical negligence
·Abortion deaths
·Forced/coerced abortions
·HIPPA violations
·Illegal dumping/storage of human remains
·Unlicensed abortionists/abortion workers/abortion clinics
·Substance abuse

Those with information about abortion crimes are urged to immediately contact Operation Rescue at 316-683-6790 ext. 155 or e-mail us at abortionwhistleblower(at)gmail.com.

Those wishing to donate to the Abortion Whistleblowers Program fund can do so at www.operationrescue.org/donate.
