MEDIA ADVISORY, (christiansunite.com) -- Hours after Live Action released their first undercover video of Planned Parenthood allegedly aiding child sex traffickers, YouTube notified Live Action that on Thursday, February 03, 2011 at 7pm her video would be removed from the website. After YouTube cited a privacy violation at the videos 10:58 mark -- the last slide showing the logo of Planned Parenthood -- Thomas More Society lawyers sent a letter to YouTube challenging the privacy claim, denying the illegality of the frame, and demanding the videos remain posted. (Letter to YouTube available upon request)During the release of these videos, the Thomas More Society has been acting as national counsel for Live Action, providing legal defense and advice to Live Action and its president Lila Rose in connection with their recent release of undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood's aiding, abetting and cover-up of child sex trafficking. Thomas More Society's president Thomas Brejcha and executive director Peter Breen are available for comment on:
Planned Parenthood disregard of Federal law indicated in the released videos
Planned Parenthood disregard of State law indicated in the release videos
The undercover sting operations undertaken by Live Action
"Thanks to mainstream programs like 60 Minutes and Dateline NBC, undercover journalism has exposed some of the most repugnant wrongdoings that have afflicted our society. Thomas More Society stands ready to defend the legal rights of Lila Rose and Live Action in exposing Planned Parenthood's willingness to profit from sexual exploitation of underage girls," said Peter Breen.
